Joey Shepp

After eight years of design, marketing, and consulting for green businesses, Joey founded Earthsite with the vision of creating a global network of sustainability websites. Joey holds a degree in ecological design from the University of California Santa Cruz and an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from the Green MBA program now at Dominican University of CA. Joey works with Earthsite's clients to develop effective marketing strategies and then managing our team to carry out each campaign.

Stacie Shepp

Stacie is the Co-founder of Earthsite.  She supports the business relationships with Earthsite’s clients and manages business development for the company.  Stacie holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from the Green MBA program now at Dominican University of CA.  Prior to co-founding Earthsite, Stacie worked with the Green MBA program for two years directing the programs marketing and admissions program. Currently, Stacie serves as the Marketing Chair for Green Chamber of Commerce board.  She also served for three years on the Sustainable Fairfax board as the Marketing Chair.  Prior to her work in Sustainability and Marketing, Stacie worked in the costume departments at the San Francisco Opera and several theatre companies and as a production manager for a custom clothing company.

Ryan Milani

Ryan Milani holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California and a BA in Sociology from Chico State. As a MBA student, Ryan founded Casa Blanca 2.0 (now GNET), an online social network for faculty, students, and alumni of the GreenMBA program. He also led the development of the Dominican Chapter of Net Impact where he served as president, and has working as a private consultant for social media and business development.

He has co-managed social media for all of Earthsite's lab projects and works closely with our clients to manage social media campaigns and content. Ryan also serves as a Jr. developer at Earthsite and is proficient in a number of online content management systems. He blogs about social media tips for small business here, on the Earthite blog.

Lisa Winter

Lisa has 15+ years experience as a graphic designer. She has thorough knowledge of every aspect of the design process, from concept to delivery. Her talents include design, print/web production, art direction, copywriting, illustration and project management.  She worked as the Senior Graphic Designer for Natalie Kitamura Design for 9 years and Working Assets (Credo Mobile) as a Graphic Designer for 4 years.  Lisa has designed and produced corporate identity, print collateral, websites, brochures, sales kits, catalogs, advertising, direct mail, CD/DVD graphics, indoor and outdoor signage and packaging, copywriting, management of printers and other vendors, and corporate graphic standards.  Clients include:  Aspen Skiiing Company, New Leaf Paper, San Francisco Mayor's Office, United Way, Cal Fed Bank with industry experience included skiing, hotel, restaurant, banking, health, outdoor adventure, nonprofit, furniture design, art supply, interior design, and chiropractic.  Lisa also has expert knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, QuarkXpress, GoLive, Dreamweaver and a working knowledge of Flash.

Anupam Saha

Anupam has spent seventeen years in full software development lifecycle, R&D and ethical hacking. Former Information and Technology head in a leading environmental NGO, Anupam leads our core development initiative.  Anupam has experience in software security testing and development and implementation of business systems. This includes various business and technology domains like Linux, Microsoft Technologies and embedded applications. He has spent time in various organizational functions, including technical pre-sales, training and operations.

Ashwani Dher

Ashwani is a Technical Team Lead with over 12 years of relevant IT experience. He has worked with a wide range of companies. His past client interactions include New York Times, Britannica Encyclopedia, Reuters, The Street Inc., Bucknuts, NIIT, Aptech, among others. He has delivered 100+ web applications including Open Source ones for LAMP platform. He’s most passionate about following new technologies and their applicability. Though he leads and guides technical teams, he likes to be hands-on with code whenever his schedule permits him or an opportunity presents itself. He brings extensive knowledge and expertise in PHP, Joomla, MySql, JS, HTML, AJAX, XML and SOAP.

Lillian Dignan

Lillian is the Account Manager for Earthsite's client the Green Festival.  She manages the website, social media, and volunteer media team for the client.

Lillian has a background in web design, media and project management and is passionate about art, design, communications and technology.   She has worked with both small businesses and nonprofits finding creative ways to utilize technology to enhance their businesses. Lillian is an analytical designer and writer with a commitment to sustainable living. She graduated with a BA in Art History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
